Meet Dr. Grace Lozinski

Dr. Grace Lozinski is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UC San Diego in 1993, where she also conducted research in molecular biology and virology. She received her Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in 2000, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at UCLA Medical Center in 2003.

Since then, Dr. Lozinski has cared for thousands of patients at Hoag Hospital and held leadership roles that shaped the institution’s growth. She was instrumental in the launch of Hoag Irvine and Hoag Orthopedic Institute, developing internal medicine pathways that supported their success. She later served as Inpatient Medical Director at HOI, Chair of the Internal Medicine Department, and as a member of the Medical Executive Committee.

From 2017 to 2022, Dr. Lozinski served as Chief Quality Officer of Hoag Hospital, overseeing quality and safety initiatives that helped the institution earn CMS Five Star status and recognition as the top-ranked hospital in Orange County by U.S. News & World Report. She also served on Hoag’s Quality Improvement Committee of the Board, the Hoag Endoscopy Center Board, and continues to contribute nationally as a member of the DNV Scientific Advisory Committee.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Lozinski has served on the Board of Okeanos, Made from Stone™, an international mineral-based packaging company, since 2019, including a term as Chairperson of its Scientific Advisory Board from 2019–2021.

Today, she brings this wealth of experience to her membership-based practice, partnering with patients on comprehensive primary care, preventive strategies, and healthy aging. Deeply ingrained in the Orange County medical community, she provides patients not only with attentive, personalized care but also with trusted guidance in navigating specialty consultations, referrals, and hospital services when needed. Her approach is proactive, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that the best medicine begins with prevention.
